Delete your Nori account
You can delete your Nori account yourself, in the app or on the web. Deleting it is permanent and cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same email address.
In the app
Open Settings → Delete account and enter your password.
On the web
Sign in at getnori.app, then go to Settings → Profile → Delete account and enter your password.
We send you a confirmation email when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and password.
- Your sign-in sessions and the devices registered by the phone app.
- Your Ask Nori chats and your guided tour progress.
- Pending invitations addressed to you.
- Organisations where you are the only member, with all their data and uploaded spreadsheet and invoice files.
What is kept
- In organisations that stay, the stock movements, counts, orders and other records you made stay part of that organisation's history. They are shown as "Deleted user", with no name or email.
- Aggregated and anonymised data, which identifies no one.
- Backups roll over and are overwritten within 30 days.
- Sign-in monitoring records held by our sign-in provider (Better Auth) and email delivery logs held by our email provider (Resend) are kept by them under their own retention periods and then deleted. Email hello@getnori.app if you want us to ask for them to be removed sooner.
If you are the only owner
If you are the only owner of an organisation that has other members or pending invitations, we cannot delete your account yet. Make someone else an owner first (on the Team page, owners only), or remove the other members and cancel pending invitations. Then delete your account.
Can't sign in?
Email hello@getnori.app from the address on the account and we will delete it within 30 days. See also our Privacy Policy.
