Questions
What counts as a venue?
A venue is one place with its own stock: a restaurant, a bar, a hotel kitchen or a shop. Each venue has its own storage areas, counts, orders and team access. Venues you archive no longer count towards your plan.
What happens when I reach a limit?
On Free, Nori shows how much of this month's allowance you have used, for example 12 of 30 invoices, so a limit never comes as a surprise. When you reach one, nothing is deleted and everything you already have keeps working. You just can't add another venue or team member, invoices sent by email wait until your reads come back on the 1st of the month, and Ask Nori is back next month. Premium lifts the limits.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. An owner can ask for Premium in Nori under Settings → Plans, or email hello@getnori.app, and the Nori team switches your organisation. If you go back to Free, your venues, team and history stay. You just can't add more than Free allows.
Is my data mine?
Yes, on every plan. Your stock, counts, recipes, invoices and history are yours. You can export your counts and activity at any time, and you can delete your account whenever you like.
