Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Nori, the inventory app for restaurants and hotels, on the web or on your phone. By creating an account or an organisation, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@getnori.app.
About these terms
Nori is operated by Saber ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between Saber and you, and, when you create or join an organisation, the business you use Nori for. If you accept them for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Organisation owners decide who joins their organisation, what role each person has and which venues they can use, and are responsible for the people they invite.
Plans
- Free: One venue, up to 3 people, every feature. No card is needed.
- Premium: unlimited venues and team, a shared catalog and reports across all venues. Premium is arranged with us directly; the price and terms are agreed in writing. Email hello@getnori.app.
We may change what each plan includes. If a change takes something away from a plan you are on, we will tell you in advance.
Your data
- Your organisation owns the inventory data it puts into Nori. We use it to provide Nori to you.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, and for having the right to put it into Nori. Nori's reports, suggestions and order amounts are based on the data you enter, so check them before relying on them.
- We may use your data in aggregated and anonymised form: combined across many venues and stripped of anything that identifies a venue, an organisation or a person. We use it for benchmarks, product improvement and industry insights.
- The first product name you give a barcode Nori does not know may be shown to other Nori users as a suggestion for that barcode, without any venue or person attached.
- We never sell your data, and we never share a venue's own data with anyone else.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Break the law, or use Nori to harm or deceive others.
- Try to get into accounts, organisations or data that are not yours, or to bypass the limits of your plan.
- Disrupt or overload Nori, probe it for weaknesses without our permission, or upload malicious files.
- Copy, resell or reverse-engineer Nori, or scrape it with automated tools, except as the law allows.
If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@getnori.app.
The service
We work hard to keep Nori running, safe and useful, and we keep improving it. That means features may change, and sometimes Nori may be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of a problem with one of our providers.
Nori is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, for example that Nori will never have errors or interruptions, or that it suits a particular purpose.
Liability
As far as the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost stock or business interruption.
- Our total liability to you for anything to do with Nori is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Nori in the 12 months before the claim, or €100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Ending your use of Nori
- You can stop using Nori at any time. To delete your account or organisation, email hello@getnori.app. Before you go, you can download your reports as CSV files, and we can help you export your data.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and to export your data.
- When an account or organisation is deleted, we delete its data within 30 days, including from backups. Aggregated and anonymised data, which does not identify anyone, may be kept.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Nori changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will email organisation owners at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Nori after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using Nori and ask us to delete your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and the courts of Curaçao have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We would always rather sort out a problem with you directly first.
